Prima fate un beckup di /etc/apt/sources.list , poi andate sulla schell e fate sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list e ricopiate i resposity,
fate sudo apt-get update e se vi dà qualche errore sostituite il file con la vostra copia di beckup
